Qualsiasi cosa uscita dalla chitarra di Stevie ? blues allo stato puro, personalmente adoro "Mary had a little lamb" sto convincendo quelli del mio gruppo a farla.

Assieme a fabio treves uno dei maggiori esponenti del blues italiano.
Oltretutto il buon paolo prima della carriera solista militava nei nostri conterranei Big Fat Mama, Stin, li ho visti quest ultimi di spalla a BB King e sono davvero bravi
Grandissimo ? anche Robi Zonca per quanto riguarda l italico blues :)

Il bassista di treves mi fa morire dal ridere, io ho avuto la fortuna di conoscerlo di persona con tutta la band una volta che ? venuto al ju bamboo.

Hubert Summlin ? un mito.... Robert Cray ? particolarmente bravo e Clapton... non ? mai stato il mio prefrito ma tecnicamente ? fortissimo. e poi cosa ha clapton ? la VOCE, che nel blues ? important, very important.

La mia classifica personale di quei tre vede al primo posto Hubert Sumlin per tutto quello che ha fatto per il blues, Cray al secondo perche ? molto bravo ma sottovalutato e clapton al terzo perche ai tempi era un mito ma col tempo ha fatto anche delle cagate pazzesche

Si era parzialmente riscattato con il tributo al buon robert johnson ma poi si ? ributtato nella solita melassa sonora con cui ci ammorba da alcuni anni a questa parte.
E cio mi fa ancora piu incazzare visto che "Me and mr Johnson" era un album dignitosissimo e mostrava come il blues arda ancora dentro di lui :cry:
