purtroppo ben poco di quello che ho sentito di questo decennio mi è rimasto impresso,per cui mi sono rimesso ad ascoltare "roba vecchia" che ancora dovevo esplorare(più che altro jazz)...quoto per i Godspeed you black emperor e sicuramente qualcosa di sparso che avete nominato(radiohead,boards of canada, art brut).

se proprio devo scegliere un disco che mi ha lasciato qualcosa dire "each one teach one" degli Oneida,un gruppone a mio avviso...un'altro che mi è piaciuto è "funeral" degli arcade fire...sicuramente dimentico qualcos'altro di bello.

ora mi sovviene....johnny cash - american IV - "the man comes around"..per quanto mi riguarda il meglio.

Sleeping è un gran disco... Ma Without You I'm Nothing è stupendo... Dalla title track a You Don't Care About Us, passando per la "sputtanata" Every You Every Me, Pure Morning... Non so, ne sono affezionato tanto quanto Sleeping, forse anche meno, ma lo preferisco...

EDIT: come non detto, è del 1998, non concorre, vince Sleeping

Che gruppo pazzesco, che musica, veramente grandissimi, tralaltro sono totalmente indipendenti e contro le major. Credo che non ci siano più, veramente un peccato.
