YOUR VIDEO 1: When I see the video with the camera on left:
Your doubles look weak, kind of funky (home made, not very technical, full of bounce), There are good players who play like this, but their stress in musicality not technique... YOU NEED MORE FINGER TECHNIQUE (see below my VIDEO). Besides this, the general feel and time of your playing is good.
Yes my double stroke technique is home made, never ever seen with a teacher. I'll take example from your great video. You think the timing is right and i thank you, but i still hear the snare that sometimes comes too late on the groove ("tum-tum.....tà" instead of "tum-tum-tà").
YOUR VIDEO 2: When I see the video from the right, doing the paradiddles:
at least on the right (I can't see the left very well) the INDEX finger is too much separated from the others. You can play all your life like that but the technique is not too beautiful. If that is your top speed playing paradiddles you are not very fast.
It's not my top speed, i decided to gave not much speed just because my purpose was to make my hand/finger movement clear to see at crew.
Anyway, of course, with paradiddles i'm slower than doing single strokes.
I thank you SO MUCH for your post. I'm going to holyday for 3 weeks and i'll pratice following your suggestions
Grazie Maestro !! Have a nice time in Spain
