speravo in qualke esibizione di poliritmia (

ecco l'hai detto e da quì posso solo dire, quello che pensavo e scritto prima e cioè:...possibile che quando andate a vedere un batterista professionista, o uno che sia famoso, vi aspettate sempre la megaperformance? ...Possibile che per voi la batteria è solo e puramente tecnica e doppi-tripli....quadrupli colpi in 16-32esimi e tutti questi numeri del cavolo? ...possibile che si fa anche un processo se il tipo si è fatto di cocaina, se scopa la moglie del fratello, se lo prende nel di dietro e pettegolezzi vari? ...ed infine MA sarà possibile che tu non abbia mai ascoltato un batterista rock VERO?....in quest'ultima potrei anche risponderti ...scherzo dai, ma per il resto no. Dico e ridico le stesse cose, (opinioni mie ci mancherebbe), non capisco il perchè giudicare un batterista, o un musicista in genere, solo ed esclusivamente dalla tecnica, come se tutto fosse una sola prova di forza agonistica (della serie c'è chi vince e c'è chi perde, primo-sondo-terzo ecc)....raga la musica è per prima cosa emozione. Perchè dire che aronoff ha copiato jo jo, quando il 99% dei batteristi si sono ispirari a qualcuno, tipo paice a buddy rich, Boinham a ginger baker...dai è normale questo. Poi aronoff è solamente un sessioman e fa già per natura "musica degli altri"

A parte che Aronoff HA suonato nel tributo a Buddy Rich...
A parte che nel video (si trova su YT) legge pure la parte "al volo" con la testina girata mentre suona un pezzo del buon vecchio Buddy...
A parte che i poliritmi in clinic li fanno alcuni (Phillips, Donati, ecc), mentre centinaia di altri no (Erskine, Paice, Smith, ecc).

Ciascuno e' un po' libero di pensarla come vuole, ed e' anche vero che PUO' capitare la serata un po' "no".
Leggendo i vari NG e forum amerregani capita ogni tanto di trovare recensioni di clinic non positive di alcuni mostri sacri.

Detto questo, i gusti son gusti, non ci si sputacchia sopra, e io nel mio piccolo la vedo piu' come Bizio. Sara' anche l'eta', boh.

Può non piacere, per carità, ma prima di fare sparate del genere chiedetevi perché batteristi "che fanno i poliritmi in clinic" stanno nei loro studi di registrazione a fare ginnastica e suonano DA SOLI PERCHE' NESSUNO LI CHIAMA O LI VUOLE e perché, invece, uno come Kenny Aronoff registra o suona dal vivo 7 giorni alla settimana e ha un curriculum che sono a leggerlo bisogna prendersi un permesso da lavoro.

è quello che ho detto e stradico da sempre, non basta essere supertecnici per essere famosi, ma bisogna aver personalità e stile personale nel suonare e kenny ha quella del rocker e (riferendomi a bubu), già dal fatto che chiami caos quel modo di suonare mi fa pensare che concepisci la batteria solamente in un unico modo, a prescindere dai gusti musicali. Per la clinic "rock" a casa tua ci faccio un pensierino

Si faccia attenzione! nessuno mette in dubbio la professionalità del battterista. Ma nel momento in cui , io, persona x , che va ad una clinic di un batterista famoso , non si aspetta di ritrovarsi un uomo , che per sua enfasi nasconda molte cose didatticamente parlando! non trovo possibile che in "straight no chaser" ci debbano essere scariche di doppio pedale!!!! lo trovo assurdo!!!!mancano di groove,e poi parlando del suo "pestare" non penso sia giusto o salutare didatticamente!!! queste cose , da un professionista, io non me le aspetto!!! poi forse sbaglio!
